Invite your pros to come and compete in Maintenance Mania where they could earn the title of National Champion*.
Maintenance professionals are essential to the success and viability of the multifamily housing industry. Show them you recognize the valuable role they play by giving them an opportunity to show off their skills. Competitors will race against the clock and each other to see who is the fastest in eight maintenance-focused challenges. This includes a race car competition, where the competitors build a model car using at least three maintenance products or parts and race it down a pinewood derby-style track.
*Local winners will receive awards and recognition as well as a chance to compete in the National Championship at the NAA Education Conference in
San Diego June 13th - 16th, 2018!
