This class will focus on the introduction to individual leadership, team leadership and how values play a crucial role in the execution of both.
Students will discover how looking at the property team from "the balcony" allows us to lead the team in a direction that each associate can engage in.
Jessica Fern, FPI Management
Jessica has been in the Multifamily housing industry for over 8 years. She leads the training and development efforts for FPI Management across multiple states. Jessica facilitates classes on management topics, develops training material and recently graduated an intensive two-year Leadership program. She loves living in the Pacific Northwest and being part of team #FPI.
