I have a vacant unit that has an old r-22 system, I need to replace it with a newer Heat pump R410 unit. I have never done a complete system swap so I have a few questions. My lineset is about 50’. Do I need to flush the lines? Does it matter what kind of flush to use? And what is the best way to flush the lines? I appreciate someone can give me some insight to this.
