About your seminar leader: Mindy McCorkle was voted best instructor by GCAA Members again in 2016. She has spent decades directing operations for several property management companies. She currently serves as EVP for the Property Management Division at Northwood Ravin, and is the owner of Enhancement Talent Development, a training and coaching company. She has more than 30 years of experience in management, sales, operations, and leadership - but don’t let that fool you! She's refreshing and original and has a motivational presentation style. Folks frequently comment on Mindy’s approachability and authenticity, and view her as an inspiring leader and mentor. She has a long list of local and national awards but is most proud of being inducted into the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association’s prestigious Education Hall of Fame in 2012. She is a graduate of the National Apartment Association’s Advanced Instructor Training Program and has been facilitating learning experiences for almost two decades.
